You can set up two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Quantfury account, which will be required every time you log in to your Quantfury account, or withdraw funds.

To set up two-factor authentication (2FA) for the first time:

  1. Open the Quantfury app side menu, and tap on 'Settings';

  2. Tap on ‘Two-Factor Authentication';

  3. Enter your account password;

  4. If you don’t have an existing authenticator app, download Google Authenticator app;

  5. Scan the QR code or copy paste the code into your Authenticator app. If your Authenticator app is requesting to choose the type of key – please select time-based key;

  6. Enter the 6-digit code generated by your Authenticator app;

  7. Download and write down the Backup Key. It is very important to keep this Key in a safe place in case you lose access to your Authenticator device;

  8. Press ‘Next’ to enable 2FA.

To disable two-factor authentication (2FA):

  1. Open the Quantfury app side menu, and tap on 'Settings';

  2. Tap on ‘Two-Factor Authentication';

  3. Enter your account password;

  4. Enter the 6-digit code generated by your Authenticator app to disable 2FA.

If you lost your Authenticator device:

  1. Press on ‘Lost your Authenticator device?’, when prompted to enter the 6-digit code;

  2. Enter the Backup Key;

  3. Confirm your intent to Reset 2FA on your Quantfury account.

If you lost your Authenticator device and your Backup Key, please contact the Quantfury support team. Click on 'Help Center’ in the Quantfury app side menu or in the main menu of the Quantfury web version, and contact the Quantfury support team directly.
